Our situation now resembles a team playing in the fourth quarter and down a few points.
What are we going to do?
I say we elevate our game, dig deep down into our souls, reach our sources of strength and excellence and pull ourselves up,
and score the shots that we thought before would be impossible to score. This is the time that every member of our team has to
perform at his or her best and make a contribution to win the game.
I am suggesting that we start forming what I call "Circles of Responsibility and Innovation"
all over Iowa and our nation, to involve and engage every citizen so that everyone of us will be heard and make a contribution. I am forming one here, would you join me?
